Today I made a full week meal-prep that includes a mixture of green veggies, kale salad with some really tasty seasonings! I hope everyone enjoys this blog post; I will be posting a lot more and will love to hear everyone’s feedback below in the comment box below. Now let’s get rite to it!
Garden Fresh Veggies On The Go!
In the picture that you see here in three different Togo clear containers are filled with nothing but green love! First, I made a green kale salad with sliced cucumbers, seasoned lightly with organic lemon juice and olive oil.
Next, below the kale salad I made a light side dish of quinoa with a mixture of organic red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper. I kept this one simple didn’t get too detailed with the seasonings besides lightly seasoning this quinoa mix with some Pink Himalayan Sea Salt.
Last but not least, the main course dishes that consist of a variety of mix veggies! I boiled some sprouts along with my chopped yellow and green organic squash. While the sprouts and squash were boiling I light simmered my chopped onions, bell peppers, raw ginger.
Once everything was all boiled and slightly simmered, I then brought everything to get as you see here in the picture that you see here. I made this simple three course dish to show a fast, easy cost effective way to eat a vegan lifestyle.
