Customize Your Vegan Salad

I get this question quite often, “I don’t get full from eating salads!” does this sound like you or someone you know? Well I’m here to give you some helpful tips that has helped me with getting the most out of my customized salads.

The Making Of A Great Fulfilling Salad

For starters, make sure that all of the ingredients that you are preparing to use in your salad are foods that you enjoy eating. For example, I first start off with gathering my greens (Kale) and chopped vegetables (bell peepers, onions, cucumbers, olives, artichokes etc.) These ingredients are some of my top favorites when it comes down to making my customized vegan salads. So be sure to get vegetables and the condiments that you personally would find tasty for your customized salad.

Secondly, I’ll add some seeds either (pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, quinoa etc.) which ever you choose! make sure that you use the right portion amount for individual sizing for a well balanced protein ratio. By adding these types off seeds such as the (pumpkin Seeds and Sunflower Seeds) has helped me with getting that satisfying and fulfillment from my customized salads, so that’s one way to help with getting the most from a customized salad.

Lastly, When it all comes down to customizing my salads, I always try to find that one main ingredient that I have been craving the most for my salads and try to implement it. So I’ll either add Jackfruit, eggplant or squash etc. In this case sauté artichokes that are well seasoned with (garlic and herbs) and olive oil.

Overall, I find making most of my salads more fulfilling when I have all the right ingredients, seasoning and the right vegetables. This helps me to get the most out of my salads and a more fulfilling satisfaction.

So if you’re ever looking to make the most fulfilling salad, I personally suggest adding some of your most favorite greens and vegetables and then you’re soon of your way to a fulfilling salad.
