
Vegan Banana Ice Cream with Chocolate Chips (Sorbet)
Hello everyone! I’m back with another one of my “Cool tips and recipes” and I’m excited to share with you this delicious vegan banana ice cream with chocolate chips recipe that I’ve made earlier today. I was influenced to share this delicious dessert to those of us whom enjoys indulging in to tasty guilty pleasure from time to time, I know I do!
So here is a really simple way to make your very own vegan ice cream (Sorbet) and on an affordable budget.
What You Need To Have To Get Started
- Bananas (8) / pack of Bananas (8)
- Vegan Chocolate Chips (your choice)
- Organic Agave
- Blender
- Jars (2 pint size)


Let’s Get Started
So now that you have all of your items, let’s get started. Follow the steps 1-4 below.
- First we will need to freeze the entire bundle of bananas in the freezer of the refrigerator for about 5 hrs.
Once that is done, slice all of the bananas in to small slices of circles while they are still frozen. Slicing the Bananas while they are still frozen helps to maintain the smooth texture after blend them.
- Next, we will need to place the slices of bananas in to a blender along with your choice of Vegan Chocolate chips.
I used Lily’s’ Dark Chocolate Non – GMO 55% Cocoa chips. In addition, you are free to place additional items that you would like in to the blender, but for now these were the items that I listed above for this desert.

- After we have all of the items placed in the blender (banana slice, vegan chocolate chips) we could add 2 table spoons of Organic Agave in to the blend along with the listed ingredients listed above.
Adding the 2 table spoons of Organic Agave give the banana Sorbet mixture a hint of natural sweetness, the bananas being frozen naturally loses a bit of the bananas natural sweetness so the Agave helps to balance the rest of the flavoring out.
- Now that we have everything blended (banana slices, vegan chocolate chips and Agave) we can pour are tasty desert into are choices of containers or jars. I personally used the glass jars listed in the picture above.
